Flower looked great. Slightly different than the photo, but that's expected since flowers/seasons change. The arrangement still had the overall same effect and style. The only knock would be the delivery service. The recipient was not home, so they were unable to deliver the flowers. I didn't get any notification of this at all the day of. The recipient didn't get a message either. It was only when I called that they told me it was not delivered since no one was home. But they still promptly delivered the arrangement after our conversation. I think a bit more proactive follow up with delivery would be nice since it was for a special occasion that was date specific. Otherwise, I would order from them again!
